App like Pat the Cat

Hello, I've been having fun with "Pat the Cat" and I have really wanted to make a similar application for iOS in the style of "Talking Tom"
I have been reviewing the documentation PlayMaker, but I see how to do many of the things that are made in Pat the Cat
For example, how I can detect a certain audio level on the mic?, How to make a rec and then to make a pitch play changed?

 Now for the playback pitch, Unity already has this built in, The audioSource component has a pitch property you can edit.
