Go to app store action?

Is there an action (or some other way) that would send the user to the app store to install another game? I have a mini game I would like to release for the purpose of helping my other app's distribution -- I don't really want to serve other ads -- just my own... How would I do that?

Thanks Parallel.

As usual it is "Jean to the rescue"...  ;D

I tested in with google store and it works from my Android device. I'll check iTunes  from my iPad as well.

Now I have to find out if they have a separate web address for accessing from mobile devices... Although he regular website works, it is not ideal when you access it from a phone..
