Can I make Another world game style with Playmaker ?[SOLVED]

Hi

It's my first post .Excuse me if it's wrong place.
I work with Clickteam Fusion 2.5 at the moment and I made some games with it . It's perfect for 2D games but for mobile ports have some issue .So I decide switch to Playmaker .
I haven't any experience with C# so I must only make my games with Playmaker .

A: Is it powerful for make 2D games like Prince of Persia or Another world and flashback?
I want grab ledge ,Stand up , Jumping , high jumping , slopes , touch control , ....
