Advice on updating playmaker [Solved]

Hi, I am currently using playmaker with my current project I noticed a new version is available.

I updated only on the asset store and did not import the new update.

Should I finish my project and then use the new update?

Can I import the new update to my current project?

Backup the project and import the update.

Or don't update until its finished.
