playmaker don't run in Unity

Hi,
Order number: OR301449455
I bought yesterday  Playmaker but it does not start !!! I read the word "Please wait" during 30 minutes.
I disabled my anti-virus. My version Unity is 4.3.2f1 - Windows seven 64 bits
Please help me

Double check that you're logged in to your account. Also try restarting Unity. If it still doesn't work you'll have to contact the Unity Asset Store...
