Last question for today - I promise!
I am using Timmy (from the Unity3D asset store). As others have noted, he faces the wrong way. I have tried every transform I can think of - from the inspector all the way to states- all to try and make him face AWAY from the camera.
As a result of facing the wrong way, all movements are backwards.
How in the heck do you turn Timmy around?
