MECANIM .... how to climb stairs ?

I want to make my character to climb stairs. Any ideas ?

Do you have Unity Pro?

Mecanim in Unity Pro has foot IK that you could play with.

It's a tricky thing to get right. A lot depends on how accurate a solution you're looking for, or how much you can fake...

I used Itween for many projects but how I will use it to climb ladder with mecanim and playmaker ?

Anyway can someone guide me to find a way of climb stairs ?
