Jave script to playmaker script

I was looking around and what not and I found a tutorial that teaches me what I would like to do. How ever when I try to convert this java script code into my game I could not do it. Not a valid vimeo URL  I am trying to get that in playmaker. I am stuck on one of the steps that he is doing and I can not seem to get it to work in playmaker. If anyone could help me convert this to playmaker or how to call this whole script to run then load a level after that would be amazing.
