I made a pretty good one using a simple object like a cube
Mouse pick (From playmaker mouse pick tutorial)
Cube follows mouse pick with move to update at a timed setting
Character follows cube with move to update at timed setting
Drag everything under a camera looking at the character with smooth look at
Set the camera to move towards another cube at the end of the level over time with restricted axis. Works well and feels smooth if you get the right settings on you smooth camera look at and you are looking at the right bone in the character body.
