Wits end
« on: November 23, 2011, 04:23:47 PM »
Hey, again I have some issues with PM.
On opening my scene this morning, every action has been renamed to just the first letter of the action name

set bool has become 's'

for every node. I'm at my wits end. Unity and PM seem stable every day, until I re-open Unity.

Very strange! Haven't seen this before!

Can you confirm you're using Playmaker 1.2.1?
What version of Unity? PC or Mac?
If you right click an action name, can you reset the name?
Does this happen every time you close/open unity?

Any steps you can identify to reproduce the bug would be very helpful...

Hmm, well if I right click = edit name it shows the full name as it was correctly. I can alter the name, then when I press enter it goes back to the single char. Odd eh!

Anyway I restored a copy of the project from last night and the error has gone.

I have been having an issue with lightmapping not working, which may have stemmed from some error a few saves back.

Unfortunately I can't tell you much about how to reproduce the error.

I have a PC win7, hex core, 12GB, Quadro 1800, Unity 3.4.0f5, PM 1.2.1 (24779)
