Match ragdoll bones with character's animation ?

I made a player model with animation and ragdoll prefab of it. I've set in the playmaker any key input and then the player model will be destroyed and create the ragdoll gameobject replacing the player model in its last position. But the ragdoll bones did not match the bones of the player's last animation. The ragdoll gameobject happens to stay in T position at the first place. How do i fix this ? Sorry my english isn't so good. I hope you get my point.  :(
