The map is stationary, the cars are moving.
If you are a newbie trying to make a racing game, check out this thread;

Hi, could be made in both methods, static player or map. Thats how you want/need it.
Maybe its worth checking something about 'endless level' design to spawn roads in front and de-spawn them when behind the player.

Thanks for your reply.
So you say there is no best method. I need to select one of them and stick to it.
Maybe i am wrong but i said in my previous post. In this games if you make fixed map(straight road) it must be too long dont you agree ?

Yes map can be long, if you make it in one piece.
My idea about "endless level design" is that your player is static and you make road like modules which are sticked together in runtime in some distance ahead and later when player not see that road again, it is de-spawned. So your map wont be large in full scale all the time.

I dont want to mislead you to build something wrong as I have no experience in this kind of setup, it was just a quick idea.
Maybe there are some tips around this or Unity forums about how to build modular levels/tracks, I assume some kind of pool manager also would be recommended.

Good luck :)
