It's a great action for getting to ragdoll; not so great when trying to return from ragdoll while using mecanim.
Instead of having to store the rotations of the ragdoll bones then lerp/slerp all the individual character bones to those rotations while starting animator it would be much cleaner to be able to write to an animation clip assigned to a state so I can make the transition from within mecanim (I tried switching the character to legacy that I wanted to write the clip to but the "Capture Pose As Animation Clip" wasn't able to write to it).
Is this even possible or is it a limitation of mecanim?
