Hello!  Long-time coder, but new to both Unity and PlayMaker.  Please forgive my newbieness.  :)

I'm making a 2D game, and I have an animated sprite.  I need to be able to set the sprite to specific frames in the strip.  I don't see any actions in the Mecanim Animator add-on that seem to do this.  I've tried using "Set Animator Play Back Time", but without success (it doesn't seem to do anything at all, so I imagine I'm using it wrong).

Could anyone lend me some guidance?  Thank you very much!

Mecanim/Animator is not for 2D afaik, so that could be a problem.

I don't think we have official actions for controlling Sprite animations. Have you checked out the official Unity projects and Learn section of their site to see how the 2D systems work? I believe the setup of the sprites has a lot to do with this, and there are very likely some additional actions floating around the forums or on Ecosystem.

Has anyone tried this product? The demo is not really showing it's potential in a 2D situation.... No reviews.
