2d player attacking, some basic ideas needed.

Hi All,

I would like to create a simple attack system for which my player in an 2d infinite player attack on signal.

I have used create object then destroy the objects. I have also seen a weapon object with box collider within the player and use the animation to move the weapon.

My weapons will consist of both melee and range, does anyone have any idea which is the good ways to achieve this? I dont mind any ideas, I will try them all out. Appreciate any answers, thanks :)
