I cannot join the server because I cannot verify my invoice number. I bought Playmaker in 2016 and I only have an order number and no invoice in my purchase history. How can I verify myself ?

Hi.
I believe that you can join the server, only not to the verified Support Channel.
You can contact lane there.
You might still be able to verify with your order number (if Possible)
