Do I need to change anything in the playmaker.dll inside the plugin folder?

Hi guys,

I tried to build windows store universal 10 (tried 8.1- same errors) and came up with 129 errors - they are all the same - (The type or namespace name ' ' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)

following error is one of them.

Assets\PlayMaker\Actions\TransformInputToWorldSpace.cs(7,6): error CS0246: The type or namespace name 'NoActionTargets' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)

I'm using Unity 5.3.5 with Playmaker 1.8.1

Test on the new project with only playmaker and windows native plugin, errors came up.
Can you please tell me what did I miss?

Hi,

I am doing a slider which indicate the percentage of the value.
i set a prefab to store the float value.
when i want to retrieve the value and reassign it back to the slider's float value again, the value is there but the slider wouldn't move at all.
can someone help?

Playmaker Help / convert string to float

Hi everyone,

I am doing an app which does the math that require users to enter value ie. 12.95
so i need to convert the string which the user type in and convert it into float so it can do the calculation. But how can i do this? the playmaker action doesn't have the "convert string to float" option.
or is there any other options???
Please help me.....

Hi all again,

i sort it out already.....
i add another line of code to reset the text value so whenever you click the button again, the value will be reset.

Hi Jean,

I have a problem getting updated value from the "text"
basically, i have two buttons doing math, one is subtotal, and the other one is total. so when the player enter value in "subtotal", the "total" button value should be changed according to the entry.
so when the first time i open the keyboard and type the value in subtotal, it all shows fine -- value display on both "subtotal" and "total"
however, when i click on the subtotal again to modify the value, it only shows fine on the "subtotal" but not the "total" (total still showing the previous value).

can you help?
ps i updated the cs file you attached before, still not working..
