Is there a way to add colour onto actions?
« on: March 11, 2025, 06:23:37 AM »
Hello, I've been using Playmaker for a few months now, and I was wondering if there was a way to put colour on actions like it is possible to do on states.

The tool is great so far, but I can get lost in my states when I start to have more actions happening in them. I've seen a post about the same subject, but it was from 2018.

If there exist such a thing, that would prove very useful for grouping and splitting actions within a state.

Not at the moment no, right now Headers with unique names are the best way of grouping actions together in a single state. Even then it can still become a little confusing at times. Whenever possible use multiple states with fewer actions.

I see, that's what I've been doing so far, trying to have more states with less action.
I'll try using headers and comments a little more and see how much it helps, I hope a feature similar to what I asked could be added, I might stop by the feature request thread for it.

Thanks.
