No Checkbox for Flagging Global Event [SOLVED]

Please see screenshot:

There is no checkbox for me to mark an event to be global
when I create it, nor in the Event Browser.

I believe I am using v1.6.2

Not sure I follow... There should be a check box next to TURN ENDED. It's covered in the screenshot by the events window.

Oh... THAT checkbox. There was no label and I thought it was to add to the current state. Got it. Thanks!
