UPDATE: particlesystem.startcolor changes the color only if it is run several times a second or every frame.
HOWEVER, particlesystem.startcolor.a (i assume this is the alpha), particlesystem.startcolor.r (red), particlesystem.startcolor.g (green), particlesystem.startcolor.b (blue) DO NOT WORK, they dont work if i run them once, and they dont work if i run them repeatedly or even at every frame....
this isnt a game breaker for me, but boy it'll make it much more obfuscated if i cant simply change color by setting the red green blue and alpha values via numbers.....
has anyone else tried to use set color action for particle systems ?? I know it's a little more advanced than most of the other features but boy i would love to utilize this feature set
