Creating new start states?

Hi there,

I keep seeing things like this:


There's a Start state and another dark grey state. I have no idea how to create those. Can anyone help me with this?
Apologies if that's a really stupid question btw ;)

Those are global transitions- just right click on a state and choose something in the global transition menu-

They are used when you want to fire a state from another FSM

Can I trigger these global transitions straight from let's say a Bool Test somehow?

Yes you can- you trigger them by using the "Send event" action- so any state you choose can send events and trigger that global transition by name
