Spawning a weapon in hand

I need to spawn a model with create game object, then spawn another object in other game objects hierarchy finding a child as its location. Every way I try this the spawned item is not set parent can someone make a quick image of workflow.

You've got a set parent action under gameobject tab.
Available for Playmaker work

yes but when i set parent it doesnt not conect it to the right location

Well, set parent, then set position in local space? Or maybe create an empty object which will hold the location?
