Timescale Increase and force calculations

Hi, I am trying to increase time by 0.4 from my current timescale of 1.3. My plater jumps, walks and jumps at an angle using forces. No animations. I need to increase timescale but i want my players to move the same distances as they currently do now. My game uses precise jumps and movement, thats why i need to divide the time somehow?

any ideas? my setup has been attached. Do i simply just calculate my players float values?
