Hmmm i got the upgrade notice last night when i was trying to get an update out the door so i said not right now... was that a good idea or should i just do it?
Hmm i guess i can just back up my project folder and then if it goes bad i can go back to the old version or does it work like that for Unity updates?
Q
For me its worked with the 2 games i made.
Sure there was some errors but not any big deal to fix.
You should always have a backup on your work.
So its very good you do it before you load it up in the new unity3D.
If all is bad you can sure go back to the old version.
Some has done that already for they did have to much errors, but I think its just user errors and strange code they have done in the past.
3.3 did not care so much about some errors that 3.4 do.. and thats a good thing.
*i did find 2 bugs that i did not know about. 3.3 i could compile without problem, but not with the new one. but it was an easy fix.
