Hi, so as a disclaimer I have dabbled in Unity over the past couple years but am now really digging into learning it - so I don't know it, or Playmaker all that well. I also realize how much of a veteran Playmaker is within the Unity ecosystem.
With that said I am curious about the possible life expectancy of Playmaker as an asset. The tool is amazing, I come from Construct 3 and Playmaker + Unity so far is incredible - especially next to other node based VS. What worries me in regards to Unity in general is the fact that I bought a few assets a year ago that have deprecated at this point.
With that, I've also played with learning some C#, which i'd like to continue bit by bit, but it isn't as intuitive for me to start creating compared to Playmaker as I come from art and design. Has anyone else had a fear of dedicating themselves to this tool, or any Unity asset for that matter, or is this a silly concern?
