Player Pref ~! HELP ~!

Hello,
I am looking for some tutorial for playerpref... Can anyone help me?
I looked at these already :

I still have a trouble understanding with playerpref saving...
I did a short test (second link) and its not saving automatically after i click play button again and again.

Anyone has a better tutorial please show me or teach me.
