environmental collisions

I have a question about environmental colliders. Like if a character goes through a narrow tunnel the character has to crawl to get through it and can't stand back up until the character's out of the tunnel. How do i set that up?

You could place a trigger at the front of the cave- that upon enter sends mecanim a trigger/bool to go into a crouching position as well as adjust their collider to fit in the space or switch out the collider with another- then on exiting the cave- trigger exit and back to normal
