uGui actions should be part of Playmaker.

Hi.

Every time I start a new project, Playmaker is one of the first assets that goes into it. Though when I start working, I always have get frustrated that the uGui actions are missing: it means installing the ecosystem so I can get "uGui proxy" and that's when I don't have to loose five minutes of googling before I find that's how it's done.

Please make it part of the standard package.
