unity ads - anything better?

hi guys, i just released my app 2 days ago and got 3 downloads, so far this is what i got from ads and i'm just wondering if there are any better ads system than unity's ads, how ever i'd like to also know what the  negative 100% means please thanks for any reply.

Hi,

 you should ask on Unity forum and UA, you'll likely have more people able to reply with accurate answers. I am not sure my self what that means.
