i don't know if this is a problem with my phone, but the hutong games official youtube channel has changed it's cover to a youtube couple's channels cover image lol, just wondering if this was intentional

Hmm, looks like it was reverted to default channel cover art now. Probably just accidentally had the wrong account logged in while trying to change their personal one.
