Set Animator IK Goal (Does it work ?) SOLVED

So I have not really found any info with this action.

1-I have added the action "Seat Animator Ik Goal" to my character with Animator.
2-In my animator base layer I have ticked "IK pass"
3-In the action I have added:
IK Goal = Left Hand
Goal = The object where I want my Ik to go to
Every Frame = True

4-It dose not do anything, any thing else I need to set up to work with Iks ?

Yes Thanks,

So I realized I cant use this, since I need to have it on Humanoid, and my char is not humanoid, "not Unity wise".

I need to find another path.
