Dockable in the Playmaker Editor, with two types: floating and magnetized to borders in the Graph View; or occupying a fifth tab in the tabs area on the right, with the usual functions that would bring this tab forth by double clicking inside a state's actions tab or by clicking on the Actions browser button.
Also, the ability to put the tabs area on the left of the Editor window (and thus the Graph View on the right).
