Why Raycast2D will be disabled after HitEvent fires?

I set a Raycast2D action in State 1 for Listening to HitEvent.
After HitEvent Fires, it goes to State 2 and Raycast doesn't Listen to HitEvent anymore.

How to Raycast2D be Enable all time in a FSM?
