How do I install playmaker Unity 2020.3.21f1?

I purchased it off the Unity Asset Store

I loaded up a scene from off my computer. Now that ive downloaded Playmaker
and I see it in my package manager (playmaker 1.9.3.f4) and I see import. I click it and it says "Click to import assets from the package into your project". Well I click it and the says the same thing again.

What the hell is going on?

Please tell others to restart Unity if this problem happens. It is now resolved. Please remove the verification questionaires. pain in the rear end.
