NEW TO FSM Convert to FSM Custom Actions

I'm new to Playmaker.
Can Someone help me convert these scripts to FSM Custom Actions.

I'm no programmer but If you made this code yourself you should start by looking at the playmaker API reference https://hutonggames.fogbugz.com/default.asp?W127
