how do i open the playmaker editor

How do I open playmaker editor? I am giving it the option above in playmaker and it only opens the welcome screen

Hi.
the window should show a install button.
can you show a screenshot of what's inside the playmaker tab and welcome screen popup

I already solved it, the problem was that it appeared on the other monitor that was turned off
