Action to toggle a checkbox in a script that isn't showing up in set property

I'm attempting to disable the "Use Reference" checkbox in an XR Controller script.
Please see attached image.
If i use a Set Property action I can access the checkbox "Enable Input Actions" And disable ALL of the input actions, however I just want to target that "Select Action" use reference checkbox.  How can i target it?
