Playmaker update old project
« on: March 12, 2024, 06:36:52 PM »
Hello there,

I'm actually updating my game to recent unity version (My project was originally on Unity 5.6)
But I'm stuck on unity 2019.4.28f1 (the last 2019 version).
I've got a lot's of Playmaker error. And I'm pretty sure it's because of the old version I have (1.8.2).

My question is: is it safe to update to 1.9.8? It's the only version Package Manager is offering me.
I'm scared my project is keeping old stuff who can prevent me to update correctly Playmaker, is there stuff to remove? (PlayMaker Utils or else)

I'm pretty lost  :-\

from version 5 to version 2022, I had to adapt Playmaker so that everything works with the latest version. You have to know how to evolve :-)

Well, that's what I'm trying to achieve, and this is the purpose of my topic.
And I try to not breaking a long hard work, and I want to make "evolve" it as clean as possible.

And actually I'm stuck at unity 2019. And all the error I have prevent me to launch Playmaker updater.
Which version of Playmaker is adapt to unity 2019? Is there stuff to be remove? (PlayMaker Utils or else)
