Author Topic: Add FSM Template action is giving errors. (Fixed with rollback)  (Read 2761 times)

Hi I've been using Add FSM Template action successfully in my project for a while.

I'm not sure when, but after a Unity or Playmaker update the action has stopped working and now spitting out errors. I tried deleting the action and downloading it again into project and updating Playmaker but nothing seems to work.

I've also tried variations of settings. removing action out doesn't give errors so feel like it's definetely some mismatch between my project and the action.

PlayMaker Version: 1.9.8

Well, from what I've experienced and since you say it's been happening since the update, 1.9.8 just seems broken.
I suggest downgrading down to 1.9.5, you can do so here Assets/PlayMaker/Editor/Install - and then choose Playmaker 1.9.5.

I'm suggesting this version because it's the only one that doesn't spit out Null Reference Exceptions like it's happening to you. 1.9.8 broke my event proxies and my FSM Editor window as well. Not touching that shit again.

Yeah rolling back to 1.9.5 fixed the issue. I'm usually not one to get latest builds but I've jumped the gun with this one.
