iTween Rotation 'Real Time' not working?
« on: May 07, 2013, 09:01:56 PM »
Hi guys,

I've essentially created a pause screen that sets the timescale to 0.

I'm trying to make something rotate during this pause screen using an iTween rotate action with the 'Real Time' box checked, but it doesn't seem to be working and I was wondering whether anyone else was having a similar problem?

The object rotates perfectly fine if you dont set timescale to 0 so the 'Real Time' box is the only thing I can think that isn't working...

Thanks.

Hi,

A small test scene worked for me, I set the time scale to 0, then apply an iTween move to action, and checking real time one and off truly reflect the time scale value, itween only animates when time scale is 0 if "real time" is checked.

WARNING: when messing with time scale value, don't set that time value on the start state, it won't work. Wait one frame or implement a delay. I don't think it apply in your case, but just a reminder.

 bye,

 Jean

Hi Jean,

Thanks for checking it out for me on your end!

Yeah, the FSM seems to be set up right, the 'Real Time' just doesn't seem to be working for me.
