There's a timeline for supporting Windows Store?
I've been some testing with the current version, and manage to compile by settings the Compilation overrides to None, but when I try to run the game, I got problems with Unity.NetworkPlayer.. (guess it's missing or incompatible)
I notice that Photon Networking was updated to support the plataform...
Gladly I could help with if there's a beta available...
