ToDo lists and votes on community work: let's try trello!

Hi Everyone!

I have been searching for a way to streamline and clearly define the current state of work and pending tasks, and the forum is not really a good place for this. I think I found a way to provide a public place where everyone can vote for a feature to be done, and see at a glance what's going on.

What's going to happen is that I will base my workflow using this board, and tackle tasks based on votes, in order. This way, it's clear for everyone. Some tasks may be pushed forward because collaboration has been established between the plugin and playmaker or investment was made to fasten development. With this board, all of this will  become a lot easier to manage.

So, If you want to be part of this board, pm me with your email address and I'll add you to the board.

I welcome comments an ideas around this concept of better managment tasks.

Is there a way for people to login and vote on their own? Seems like there wouldn't be much activity if everyone needs to PM you to submit a vote each time there is a new to do added.

And how are we supposed to choose between Leap and Rift??

Hi,

You only need to pm me your email to get access to the board, then you can vote as much as you want for any/tasks! I am also thinking about letting people create new tasks as well, then it can be voted up.

Was there work being done on Photon? I remember you mentioning it a bunch of time and there seem to be a lot of people atm using it.

 Work On Photon is on going.

 Also, I found out how to allow self registration to board, so now anyone can join, no need to pm me anymore.

 Simply pm me with your email. I though I found a way to make it simple to join, but it's only when you are part of a trello "organization", then you join any board in there. Not ideal I know... I have contacted them to see what can be done here, but no replies..

 Pretty much unfortunatly. It was working well at first, and then it got daunting, and the amount of work is simply overwhelming. Pending task in trello only is a year of work full time at least... ouch...
