Action to determine iPhone 5 vs iPad vs iPhone?

Hi everyone,

Is there a way to determine whether or not the device is an iPhone 5 or an iPad or an iPhone short? 

I found Check Platform but that just tells me if I am on a iOS device.

You could check the screen rez OR there is a system info action which will tell you BUT you would need to check each device as the spelling of the device name would be critical (iPhone5 VS iphone5 VS iPhone05 etc)
