Smooth camera/object rotation

A rewrite of "MouseLook" to include smooth motion.

Does not use physics or itween - it just averages motions over a moving window.

It does not use clamping because I don't need it personally need it. The clamping implementations of this I have seen don't work that great and a complete solution is harder than it sounds at first.

I gave it a bash and then stopped when I realised how much fiddling it would be and that I don't even need it!  :P

Maybe a problem for another day or someone with more time on their hands than me.  :P

Thank you so much for this!

For me it's leaps and bounds better that the regular 1:1 Mouse Look. It certainly could benefit from including Minimum/Maximum X/Y but right now I'm really happy with it.
