New to downloading add-ons[SOLVED]
« on: February 10, 2014, 12:05:44 PM »
I've never downloaded a package for playMaker before
I wanted to download arrayMaker, I have playmaker version 1.5

Will I be able to download it or do I need to upgrade, do I need to buy a newer version of playMaker or is there an update?

You should update. Just open the Asset Store and update Playmaker from there, thats the easiest way. Back up your project before updating, just in case something goes awry.

To use add-ons just open the downloaded .unitypackage file and import the assets.

Unfortunately there's no way to connect your license to the asset store yet (they're working on it though).

You can use your original download link to update to the latest version. If you run into any problems please email orders@fastspring.com with your order info.

You can also place the downloaded unitypackage in the standard packages folder to have it show up in the New Project dialog (e.g., Program Files/Unity/Editor/Standard Packages)
