Upload Videos via playmaker

Hi guys
I am trying to upload a couple of mp4 videos on my game, and having some major problems. First I can't figure out how to import the mp4 file onto Unity. So can anyone guide me how to import and then upload videos into unity with playmaker or with unity it self only.

Are you just trying to import videos into your project in the editor or trying to import them at runtime from your hdd?
