NGUI OnDragOver... please!

Hi,
Using NGUI,  I really need the OnDragOver global event.  Would this be possible to add into Playmaker?  Either that or using NGUI's built in functionally for OnDragOver in the EventTrigger.  Not sure how to use that though.  Can someone help?

 It's taking time cause I want to fix the windows phone support ( ngui and arrayMaker suffers from the same issue on windows 8). Once that's sorted I can move forward on all the pending sub tasks for both. But windows dev is such a pain...
