Global variable deleted itself
« on: September 25, 2014, 02:45:08 AM »
I had an issue tonight where I accidently chose "paste actions replace" instead of paste before when pasting an action- So I did an undo and re-pasted it- I went to set one of the parameters using a global variable but it was not listed-

I had just used it seconds before- its the variable that declares my player character-

I quit unity/restarted- still not listed so I quit again and looked into the playmaker global variables file- the variable was not found- I opened up my backup project from yesterday and opened that global variables file- I copied the missing varible entry and pasted into the newer global variables file- everything works again but if I didn't have the backup that would have sucked-

I'm not sure what caused the global variable to be deleted but it sure gave me a scare 0_0
