Unity 5 Vectrosity

Hi,
I see that there's some old actions for this, and I did import and try them however there were a ton of errors so I assume this needs some work before it'll be usable in Unity5?

Is there anything else in Unity 5 I'm maybe missing I could use instead of this plugin?

I'm wanting to essentially draw rays within the game (without having to check "gizmos" on) from one point to another to indicate where a unit is aiming and various other things.

I've been looking for the same.  I just picked up vectrosity hoping to use it in Playmaker with Unity 5.0.  :'(

Would the Playmaker "Draw Debug Ray" under the Debug menu work for you?

If not maybe this??

Also I sent a request to Vectrosity to include/update playmaker support.  May I suggest other interested parties do the same?

Hi,

 It's good that you make Eric aware of all of you guys that want to use vectrosity with PlayMaker.

Hi,

 I am on it. already created a dedicated project to rewrite every actions, cause v4 is very different and requires new ways of dealing with PlayMaker integration... So it will take a bit more time than expected unfortunatly. But I'll try to push the effort and provide straight off 3d lines properly.

Hi Jean,

Just a reminder; Vectrosity has just been updated to version 5 that works with Unity 5.2. For 4.6 to 5.1, Vectrosity 4 is used. Will you update the actions directly to Vectrosity 5 or continue to make actions for version 4 ?

Hi,

 Unfortunatly not right now. It's on my radar and on my todo, but I have critical work and update to do on almost all assets on the wiki for Unity 5.3 and PlayMaker 1.8 so this will take most of january for sure...

Please keep bumping, and also mention this to Eric, the author of Vectrosity, the more people express their will to work with both PlayMaker and Vectrosity, the more it make sense that PlayMaker is supported by the third party publisher.

Would be great to get these actions to use with HTC Vive, thereĀ“s one custom action working but tweaking parameters would be awesome, almost like GoogleTiltbrush.
