Hi.
There is a custom action called "Get timespan between dates" on the Ecosystem

So what you can do is get time and date with "Get System Date Time"
save it and when you want to check the time between, get the time and date again and use "Get timespan between dates" then compare the result to a value of your choice.

if you want to use seconds you can add ":ss" to the format
